Real Estate Mediation Contract

Formalizes the relationship with the real estate agency.

Identification + NIF of the Owners

Identification documents and taxpayer number.

Power of Attorney + Representative’s ID

Required when a legal representative handles the process.

Commercial Certificate

Mandatory if the sale is made by a company.

Certificate of Inheritance / Stamp Duty

Applies in cases of inheritance.

Certificate of Property Registry Content

Proves ownership and registration of the property.

Property Tax Card

Updated fiscal document issued by the Tax Office.

Usage License / Deed

Confirms that the property can legally be inhabited.

Housing Technical Sheet

Required for constructions or modifications after 30/03/2004.

Energy Certificate

Legally required for all transactions.

Declaration of Exemption

For properties up to 50m² or in ruins.
